ABOUT
PAUL-BRICIUS & CO.
The Paul-Bricius & Co. brewery was founded in 2004 in Vittoria, from the passion of three friends for the brewing world born with the production of beer at home.
Clashing against what was the nature and the origins of their city, always known as the home of wine, they began to cultivate two-row barley for the production of beer.
The must of beer is brewed with a direct flame in a handcrafted plant; first-rate malts and hops are used for the production; the beer is then stabilized, re-fermented and matured in the bottle, without undergoing any filtration or pasteurization treatment.
The production process is long and laborious; from the moment in which the sowing of the barley takes place to when the beer is placed on the market about a year and six months pass.

The Paul-Bricius & Co. brewery is managed by three founding partners, who since 2004 have been involved in the agriculture and malt processing sector, putting all the passion and love for their work. The passion for the brewing world was also passed on to the children who also decided to take the path traced by their parents. |
